Although what Mayweather is saying about the media and GGG/Ward/Kovalev has a lot of truth behind it, I think that Ward vs Kovalev is a great fight and it should happen next year.

Wouldnt ggg qualify as the smaller guy v ward according mayweathers logic? Ggg being at 160? Ward 168? So then ward would be picking a smaller guy. But its his choice to go to 175. Ward does not let other dictate his career. Ie. Goosen riff

Nobody cares about GGG and Ward. People want to see Floyd and GGG at 160. Floyd has been dining on smaller fighters his whole career. Why cant GGG fight one smaller fighter in Floyd?
If GGG is so easy, why don't Floyd fight GGG? Floyds always got something to say abouit it? So why don't you fight GGG? Tell the world you enjoy talking so much. Don't say you are retired! You retired so you don't have to fight GGG! When in your career have you fought one punch ko artist? You avoided speed as well.
It would be easy for Ward against GGG, but would it be easy for you Floyd that is the question? Duran nearly beat Hagler or wasn't too far off! What about you Floyd? Your best win is over a smaller guy!
Floyd almost always fights bigger guys, he fought Canelo and Canelo is a big guy.

From a business standpoint, Floyd is 100% correct. I too believe that GGG is relatively easy work for Andre, were Kovalev IMO is a pick em fight. Combine that with the fact that GGG is the bigger name, and offers the bigger payday. Of course that's the smart business move for Ward.

sooo according to floyds logic if you're really that good it shouldnt be a problem moving up a weight class and fighting the best there so.. shouldnt ward move up then and fight the best lhw?? floyds a dumbass. Also ward is lucky to be in anyones top 5 he fought once in 3 years and the one guy he fought wasnt even ranked, you have to be active to be in the p4p list...

How are you not perma banned BTW, with all those slurs?
