Yeah, it's a horrible attitude, really pathetic. If you're going hard to pick a guy to win and they don't, have the guts to hold your hands up and admit the better man won. You might get a bit of ribbing for a while, but no one's psychic, and provided you aren't sore in defeat you stand to gain a lot of respect. To a degree I suppose it's natural to want to find some excuses for why your man lost, but to do a 180 and claim they were never any good in the first place is just downright de****able behaviour, the worst type of fairweather fanboyism.
When Will Wilder Fight Somebody With a Pulse!?

Great post. Wilder vs Fury is a classic in the making and these so called fans steady criticize these young promising and talented champions.I picked him to lose to Stiverne though it was partly due to the fact that we knew so little about Wilder's true ceiling at the time. I was perfectly willing to concede that Wilder might be better than he had hitherto shown us, and fair play to him he really took the bull by the horns and dominated Stiverne from start to finish, leaving no doubt in anyone's mind. Great, great performance and one that really raised my estimation of him.
Pity that a lot of the same people who picked him to be demolished by Stiverne were the first to turn around and belittle the win with the whole rhabdo thing. That's the same sort of attitude that people have towards Tyson Fury's wins, and it stinks. I have the feeling that a lot of people will do the same if Wilder beats Povetkin. Why people can't just praise wins nowadays is beyond me.Comment

When prisoners talk back to the guards, they send in Olga to sort them out.****, I would rather fight Povetkin in Russia while blindfolded than take on that beast behind him.
