When Will Wilder Fight Somebody With a Pulse!?

When is Wilder going to step up from street sweepers, cab drivers, and part-time shovel salesmen to face elite opposition and become more than a paper champion? Discuss.

Wilder can get better though, if he makes an effort to, and fights high opposition, which would put him in positions to learn.

Is Szpilka a huge underdog? What are the odds in this fight?

I've seen it as high as 1/16 and as low as 1/10

Wilder's already been dropped by Dustin Nichols and Harold Sconiers, and stunned by part-time janitor, Eric Molina - he, with Haymon's backing, will avoid a live wire as long as possible.

                Don't expect Wilder-Povetkin anytime soon

Didn't he get the belt by schooling the champ (Bermane Stiverne). Everybody was saying if it went into late rounds the veteran Stivern would school and eventually KO him.
