All I know is that he is older than the official age he declares to be. If you have any Cuban relatives or know any personally you'd know they always make them self's younger.

I personally know someone who is 10 years older than they declare to be... His actual date of birth is written on a sea shell (it's like his birth certificate).

My guess would be Ortiz is in his mid 40's though he looks 50 for real.
