"As for Merchant, he wants Canelo to wait GGG out, same as Floyd does. As Floyd always did. Like De La Hoya says"

so you made a statement (BS i might add) and instead of CLARIFYING you just coped out and said like OSCAR says #L

STOP IT you are NOT DEEP, you have no knowledge, stop fronting

And let me explain something to you, you delusional clown you OVERESTIMATE how much floyd OR his fans CARE about Golovkin.

Golovkin beating Canelo will be BETTER than ANYTHING he has done so far(yes his resume is that weak) BUT as far as people being ENVIOUS of him? NO ONE CARES canelo is a blown up welter who has already LOST TWICE on PPV

Looks like your reading comprehension skills are a tad bit better than Floyd's reading comprehension skills.

Really, all three Mayweathers come out talking about GGG this week, all negative, and all trying to shiiiit on the GGG v Canelo fight.

I'm not over estimating Jack. In as little as a week, three comments about GGG from the Mayweathers, all talking as if Canelo is being thrown into fighting GGG too soon. That he is not ready.

As I said, that doesn't make sense. Not only is Canelo not fighting GGG coming straight off of his Cotto fight, but Floyd fought a Canelo that was two years younger.

I also said, and this is where reading comprehension skills are useful, that I didn't think GGG beating Floyd would take anything away from Floyd. I guess you should have followed the thread, you may have picked that up.

What it does appear like though, for some reason the Mayweathers are actively trying to give Canelo cover.

It's not because they suddenly like Canelo, Goldenboy, De La Hoya. Oh no, De La Hoya just sliced Floyd up (in a letter, claimed Floyd waited the best fighters out).

Naw, the Mayweathers believe, as they've said in the past, that GGG is part of a white conspiracy.

Floyd even said, "they" are saying GGG is the best, so Canelo should wait.

Of course Floyd would say that, that's how he do things.

And for not giving a damn about GGG, Floyd, his pops, his uncle, all seem to have GGG name in their mouth.

Floyd's retired, why does he care if they shine the light at GGG.

Meh if Canelo wants to wait it out there's nothing GGG can really do about it.

GGG isn't pulling great numbers so he really isn't putting that much pressure on the business aspect of things.

2017, GGG will be what? 36? Old man already against the hungry young lion in his prime years. Easier chance for Canelo.

Shiiiit, they are calling this the next big fight. Ring mag has both of them on the cover.

GGG is a stud, has the supposed next big thing claiming business.

Ginger and his boys, like **** Mexican Pride. What about PPV.

I guess Canelo was doing massive PPV when he landed the Floyd fight.

Oh wait, naw, fans wanted that.

                    Fans want this.

In 2017 GGG will just turn 35. And Canelo waiting GGG out is just like Floyd weak ass plan to greatness.

Forbid Canelo take in GGG while dude is still KO dudes.

Canelo and his fans sound weak as hell talking like this.

If GGG is able to beat Canelo in spectacular fashion then good for him, doesn't take anything away from Floyd though. I like Mayweather but if Canelo ducks GGG then put that on him and his fans. I fail to see why Mayweather or his fans would care about the outcome in his fights.

Come back to me when GGG is fighting bigger men.
Exactly. It has nothing to do with Floyd. Plus he handed Canelo his first loss.

Also people have short memories, before the Canelo/Floyd fight was signed, these forums were rife with people saying Floyd with NEVER fight Canelo. Just like he would never fight Mosley after he knocked out Margarito and the list goes on.

Nobody cared about the Pacquiao fight at the time Floyd was due to face Canelo becase he'd been flattened by JMM. Canelo was the new guy Floyd would never face. He does, beats him without breaking a sweat and then people downplay it. Just as they would downplay Floyd's victory over Canelo if/when GGG beats him.

People need to forget about Floyd now in terms of current and upcoming boxing matches. He's retired. Not every fight has some sort of tedious link to him. Him and Canelo fought and it's history now. Whatever Canelo does now is NOTHING to do with Floyd.
