Donaire has been on the downhill slope since losing to Rigo. But Rigo is getting older and he's not very active. Not saying Donaire would win in a rematch, but this would be different than their first fight. The problem is Donaire showed he couldn't make adjustments in their first fight.

But, this is why I'm a Donaire fan. No one else has the balls to man up and fight Rigo, except for Nonito, despite getting schooled the first time they fought.

Lol, yes he did, he said in an interview after the fight that he felt the fight could have gone either way but that he did enough to take it, which is laughable. And plenty of fighters have accepted defeat/schooling like real men without making lame ass excuses like "I tore my ligament for the last 3 fights" like Donaire did. What planet are you from.... ?

Would love to see the fight again i got love for donaire because he gave rigo the oppotunity to display his greatness. Rigo probs outboxes him again but anything can happen. I still think donaire would ko quigg and frampton

... Is there any 122 champ wishing to fight Rigo? Did I miss something?

So who does he fight? He can't get Quigg & Frampton but I think he'll get the Mexican Russian.
That's NSB for you. They've always hated on Donaire no matter what he does. Even after he fought Rigo they still acted like he wanted to duck him, and accused him of ducking a rematch. It literally doesn't matter what he does, NSB will hate on him.

Nonito doesn't have a chance anymore. He might have had one before but he DEF doesn't have one now.

Respect to Nonito for even wanting a do over of this fight. I think he gets outclassed again if it happens.

I would watch the rematch. But rigo will dominate again. Rigo will do the samething he did in the first fight; neutralize and take away flash's left hook. But respect to Donaire for wanting to get it.

Only on the night of the fight and not once since then. April 16th 2013 in an article from Bad Left Hook Boxing Donaire said after he watched the fight on TV, he knew that he had been hit more than he previously thought, and accepted that he'd lost the fight.
"Getting out of the ring, I felt I did enough to win. Looking at it now, I didn't."
