Why are you still talking about this fight?

Isn't there a master Pacquiao-Mayweather thread floating around somewhere?

After spending roughly 6 years talking about this fight, you'd think people be willing to let it go.

    It's over, let it go.

There's so many more interesting things to talk about in boxing.

JMM for example fought him 4 times. Wasnt scared of losing be casue he has suffered defeat before. Even loss to Manny. I thought he edged a close win with Manny in the 3rd personally or could have gone either way.

JMM will fight other fighters now but WILL not fight Manny again. Not because he is scared of Manny but because he is scared to lose again to Manny. Floyd didnt want to lose to Manny or any one. Especially Manny.

Why is Manny the only one wanting the rematch with Floyd or JMM? Floyd or JMM despite the MILLIONS they'd make.will not fight that man again! lol
EXACTLY!!!!!....early in his career I wanted him to get knocked out ice cold...just to see how he bounce back....but after the Hatton fight, I kinda began to like Floyd...until the Mosley fight....I hated that mutha****a during that time....but now, I have the utmost respect for that man's skills....his biggest fear is definitely a "L" though.....it's pretty obvious

Like Pac Boy said, I don't think he was scared of Manny, just scared of losing to the one people said would beat him. I've seen many interviews where Floyd talks about losing never creeping into his head, but I think he really thought about it with Pacquiao

"Afraid," oh is that right? Afraid of a fighter that had been beaten five times before they met, knocked out cold threes times and drew twice? Just like Mayweather needed PEDs to beat a guy who'd been thoroughly waxed before that? I don't get it with some people. So Manny wasn't unbeatable to other fighters but to Floyd the most skilled technician on the planet he somehow instills fear? That's ****ing dumbass ******ed.

          Floyd beat Manny with ease....

He fought more tight and timid than I had ever seen him since probably the Oscar fight. He eventually loosened up, that's when he started landing those check left hooks.

I cant stand the ***er. But thats not why i wanted to see him lose or get beat. I wanted him to lose and get beat to see how good he really was. Some fighters are spoon fed wins their entire career until that L goes on their record they just cant seem to adjust to that adversity and make a come back. Some fighters greatest wins are their losses and and some fighters that lose and come back seem to be recognized as greater than they were before they ever loss.

Yep actually think he wanted the KO, but once he got stunned by Pac Floyd went to safe mode. I think he might have been a little annoyed Floyd SR. said he was fighting scared. As much as trainers think they know there not in there with the opponent. The 11th round i thought he was gonna go for the kill if im not mistaken i think he landed something big in that round that backed Pac up but no he didn't just played it safe.

I did not say that fight was a masterpiece...READ!!!!!
