That's weak, mate. I don't have to be black to have a right to be offended by the dehumanising bigot that occasionally borrowed Ali's mouth. Joe Frazier was a MAN. He wasn't an ape. He wasn't a dog. And I don't really think he was an Uncle Tom, although that's something we can disagree on.

My opinion, which (pardon me) I am entitled to, is that like Ali, Tyson Fury spews a lot of silliness for the shock value, and that it's sometimes difficult to decipher what's sincerely meant and what isn't. And I think that's what Spike Lee meant when he said that he regretted being duped by Ali into believing that Joe Frazier was somehow "not a black man".
