Nope. The Bradley win changed all that, and Ward's inactivity got him bumped off the list. Manny was at worst #3 on pretty much every list.Comment

you're right but pacquiao being ranked that high was a joke anyway.
i mean, he already had beaten bradley once, the second fight was just a formality, let's not pretend like it was some great win. it wasn't.
pacquiao is a great fighter, but he's never been the same fighter since ktfo6, anybody who says otherwise needs to have their head checked.
klitschko had been undefeated for 10 years and, along with floyd, was the most dominant champion in the game.
fury's win is clearly more impressive and it gets him the prestigious nsb fighter of the year award.Comment

Manny was still one of the best fighters in the world. Period. Floyd was also far removed from his prime, but beating him would've been a worthy achievement. I've got no issue with anyone seeing the Wlad win as more significant. Heck, I've said as much on here, and was torn about who to vote for.you're right but pacquiao being ranked that high was a joke anyway.

What LacedUp is trying to do with his very flawed logic is bull**** though. That's the only reason I bothered.
Fury is a worthy winner.Last edited by b00g13man; 01-10-2016, 01:04 AM.Comment

You've spent years tearing down the career and success of Klitschko now Fury beats him you're building him up to something you claimed he was not previously. Was Klitschko not ranked P4P #1 on most people's list? Certainly higher than Pacquiao.
Forget Bradley then. Pacquaio was laid out a couple of fights ago. Removed from his senses. No KO or destructive performance in 5+ years.
Not many thought Pacquiao could beat Mayweather, everybody incl yourself were convinced Klitschko would beat up Fury.
I don't need to make a case. But seeing your response is quite amusing.
Your agenda is transparent.
You specifically stated Wlad looked poor against Pulev, Jennings and he was clearly on the wane, wasn't it you that stated you'd seen elements in the Povetkin fight he was considerably on the decline also ? Don't try to portray the site posters as fools when you're going back on what you said yourself previously, you sound like a fool yourself now.Last edited by Jewish-Reptile; 01-09-2016, 07:17 PM.Comment

Yeah and when did I say Pacquiao looked great? You've spent years tearing down the career and success of Klitschko now Fury beats him you're building him up to something you claimed he was not previously.

It's not my fault you don't follow the other threads, but before the Mayweather Pacquiao fight, I said Pacquiao wasn't anywhere near his best! I said I'd pick many WWs to beat him, not just Mayweather.
So no, no agenda here. just truth.Comment

What flawed logic exactly?Manny was still one of the best fighters in the world. Period. Floyd was also far removed from his prime, but beating him would've been a worthy achievement. Fury is a worthy winner.
That Fury beat the odds and Mayweather didn't? That Klitschko was rated P4P #1 by many and Pacquiao wasn't?
That Fury went to another man's country, and Mayweather fought in his home town?
That Fury beat a man unbeaten in 11 years and Mayweather beat a guy who was removed from his senses 3 fights prior?
What is flawed about that logic exactly?Comment

You tried to use p4p rankings, incorrect ones at that, to justify the Fury win being better. That was a bunch of bull****. Nobody had Wlad as #1, and Manny was actually considered p4p better at the time of the loss than Wlad was. You failed miserably with that one. What flawed logic exactly?

Once again, Fury is a worthy winner, but don't attempt to justify it by pretending the Wlad win is that much better than a Manny one.Comment
