Ggg says nobody will fight him lara is willing and able to fight him. But team ggg has multiple reasons why they won't fight lara. Then stop saying you will fight any and all.Canelo said he'd fight anyone at 155. And unlike GGG's history of, "I'll fight anybody A-Z" lies. Canelo has been pretty straight forward in his career. He's fought everyone. Guys that made sense. Guys that didn't. He's also bent over as the B-side. Its ya boy that contradicts himself with almost every public statement.Comment

great, another moron with the "but but but but lara doe" syndrome. Hey ******ass, let us all know the next time a Haymon fighter fights on HBO, will ya?
But hey, better yet, keep talking about fights that have ZERO chance of being made and call it a duck.Comment

Lara's own trainer says,
"Trainer: Lara Has Options at 154, No Rush Moving Up,"
just a few days after Lara purportedly called out Golovkin again.
Meaning, Lara is not the one tweeting and calling out Golovkin. It's his lazy, idiotic manager named Decubas.Comment

are you really that ****** that you dont know the difference between the 2 situations?
Kovalev risked NOTHING in taking the Ward deal. If the fight happens, fine. If it doesnt happen, fine. He's still in his same division in the same position. He loses nothing. Same as with this GGG-canelo deal.
But the GGG-Ward thing would have involved GGG giving up his 160 unification plans, likely getting stripped of the IBF and WBA belts, and all for what? A guy who cant sell 50 tickets?
The 2 scenarios are nothing alike, and you know it. Quit trolling......
Awww BULL****.... jeez you talk utter **** man.
The excuse that you utter asshats used was..... Ward made an offer knowing that Golovkin just signed the Pepe Le Pew fight.
Right ?
Golovkin/Ward could have made THE EXACT SAME arrangement that Kovalev/Ward made.
That way Ward could have his 2 tune-ups, and Golovkin can have his Pepe PPV and then address the Cotto/Canelo winner..... they could have done THE EXACT SAME THING that Kovalev/Ward did.
In principle, and regarding the time-frame, those situations are identical.Comment

OnePunch.... don't be fkn ridiculous.
Golovkin would have given up NOTHING to make a Ward fight.
Good god, this article was written AFTER the Pepe Le Pew PPV.
Golovkin Will Go Anywhere To Face Carl Froch!
WBA/IBO/IBF middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin (34-0, 31KOs) is still very interested in facing Carl Froch, according to the champion's head trainer Abel Sanchez. Froch (33-2, 24KOs) has been inactive since his big rematch win in May 2014, when he knocked out George Groves before a crowd of 80,000 fans.
So, Golovkin will cut off one of his fingers to fight old, retired, Froch..... but a Ward fight would fk his unification aspirations?

SMFH...unless this was the only way to bring Canelo's scalp to the table then I can sort of understand. Also why would anyone pay for a tune up in May when the fight to spend your money on is in September. At some point you have to stop chasing the star name and say "fight or dump the belt b*t*h". They've been talking about him fighting for the WBC belt since late 2013, Sergio wanted no parts of golovkin, the guy who beat sergio wanted no part of golovkin and now...we see the same pattern of Loeffler just accepting promises that don't work out. Not sure how they sold this one to Golovkin but he was ****** for letting this happen..AGAIN.
It's ok, then can always fight Lara.Comment

WHO CARES ?
Are you trying to insinuate that a grown man, and professional athlete, is not 100% accountable for the words/actions of his OFFICIAL representatives?
Careful.
Or you could be confused with the silly pacstains who blame Arum for Pac's words/actions..... or the silly golovtards, who blame Loeffler for Gennady's words/actions.

I'm well aware of Cinco de mayo and my point was this fight belonged on that weekend, not September. Honestly who is Canelo going to fight in May that's worth a PPV buy?Comment

That's all your opinion bruh and that's cool but Ward hasn't fought jack shhh but tuna cans since the super six and it's time ya'll accept that and stop being hypocrites about it who is doing what and what names are on a resume. Golovkin is fine, seems to be happy with life, stop concerning yourself so much with the man's pockets or standing. I'm not happy with this resolution as a fan but it is what it is.GGG had ONE shot at a defining fight, and that was Andre Ward. And because he wanted to act like a big shot, before he was a big shot. Now, he has nothing. Even his lil "unification" campaign is pretty much over. SHO paid for Lee-Saunders, with the purpose of matching them with the Jacobs-Quillen winner. So now, GGG enters 2016 just like he entered 2015. A tough fight that isn't worth dealing with for the money, or lack thereof he brings to the table.Comment
