    In some ways I agree

They say power is the last thing to go so he'll always have that but his speed & reflexes might be the first thing to slip and he is getting up there in years. That's why I think a young boxer that can execute movement might create problems for him now and in the future.

I think that's one of the reasons K2 is carefully picking his opponents if you put him in there with a Lara type it might expose his flaws and show his fanboys ( Progressive Jedi) that he isn't Superman

Damn that past prime GGG still schooling these prime fighters around. Knocking them out and chasing their belts from their hands, not bad eh?

DeGale would love to fight him at 168 if he can't get Canelo or Jacobs. That would be serious money over in England.

Can't blame a fighter who is being ducked. It's ******, even for a 9 year old. I'd rather blame the ducks.

Who knows? Maybe Golovkin does fight Tureano Johnson next and gets KO'd?
Absolutely. The mileage and brain trauma pile up.

1-2 Elite years left in the tank?

Mikkel Kessler retired at 36, Manny Pacquiao is 36 one fight left, Arthur Abraham is 35, Miguel Cotto is 35.

Joe Calzaghe was 36 when he fought Bernard Hopkins.

Carl Froch was 37 in the George Groves rematch.

Kostya Tszyu was 36 when he lost to Ricky Hatton.

It would be fascinating to see GGG at 35-36 vs Canelo.

He tried to get out of the contract with Universe, his promoter at the time.

                  Sounds familliar?

EDIT: And he didn't have Showtime and Super Six to do all the matchmaking for him, like some other fighter we know.

You guys keep talking talking **** about Golovkin and yet you don't **** about him and his pre HBO career...

GGG barely takes any punishment in his fights. Now Ask yourself these questions...Whats GGG's greatest attribute? Whats the last thing that goes for a boxer?

In boxing terms he is very fresh, he isn't war-torn and he hasn't really had any hard fights, he has got another good 4/5 years in him depending on his level of competition.
