DOes seeing the HBO truck, Corona girls, Lampley and Lederman really make that muc of a difference to you?
Says the man with Haymon in his avatar. nobody is threatened by Haymon. It's about seeing the best fight the best and unfortunately with haymon involved that doesn't tend to happen. He kills more fights then he makes quality fights.

Haymon is Lou's boss BOSS and tells him what do do when haymon fighters are involved. Lee is not a haymon fighter. Lee and Lou can fight whoever they want on whatever network. Only reason Lee will not fight either GGG/Canelo is if those guys don't want to fight him next or if Lee's people feel he can't win that fight and Jacobs is easier fight. But it won't be because of Haymon or Showtime both en****** that have nothing to do with Lee. And Lee gets bigger spot light fighting those guys. Also gets more credit beating Canelo/GGG then he ever will by beating Jacobs. Politics aside nobody says it's better for my career to fight Jacobs instead of Canelo/GGG. Jacobs can't even attract more then 8k fans in NY. Canelo selling out baseball arenas, GGG selling out MSG.

I know Haymon has nothing to do with Lee. I was just inferring that as Lou's boss, Haymon has a certain amount of leverage that could influence Lou's decisions.

Do you believe that if Haymon told Lou he wanted Lee for Jacobs, that Lou would say "tough luck Al, im giving Lee to ggg instead"?

I guess im too skeptical to think Lou would be unbiased in that situation....

I think Lou goes to Lee and says who do you want GGG or Jacobs and if Lee says GGG he goes to Haymon and says maybe we can do the fight later in the year but this is better for my fighter right now. Like others pointed out Lee's fight coming up if Lou had any say in it would be on HBO. Lou defends Haymon and works with him when it's Haymon fighters. But he does have his own promotional company and works in his best interest and his fighters best interest. If he only listened to Haymon then no way Lee would of been that close to fighting on HBO which goes against everything Haymon stands for. It's in his and Lee's best interest to fight GGG/Canelo on a bigger stage then it is to help Haymon out with fighters Haymon doesn't even control. When it's Haymon fighters and he just needs a stooge promoter Lou bends but when it's his fighters he can and does what he wants not what Haymon wants.

thank you HBO for signing fighters to strictly fight only on HBO.

Jacobs might not even be allowed to fight for the WBO even if he vacates. With Kameda v McDonnell the WBO wouldn't allow McDonnell to fight for the belt even if he vacated his regular WBA title as he wasn't ranked, so Kameda vacated the WBO and they fought for McDonnell's WBA Regular.

So if Jacobs fights the Lee v Saunders winner it might be that they will have to vacate and fight for Jacob's belt rather than Jacobs vacate and fight for the WBO.

Then my guess is he would put the winner of Lee/Jacobs in with Canelo before GGG.
So in other words they'd duck him right? So stop saying he hasn't fought anyone when you yourself make it perfectly clear you think they don't want to fight the guy.
