  • Great article. But Watch the video! The Filipina reporter says some funny things.

One thing she mentions is a prepared statement where manny gave Marquez full credit, but gave another conflicting statement saying it was a lucky punch.

Typical PAC! Sore loser! Poor sportsmanship!!!

You realize the body has a system of stomach acids that breaks down the food so that the digestive process filters out what's beneficial to the body. It's a process.. And meat or chickens doesn't break down without acid. This is why protein shakes provide energy faster for athletes or those working out. What exertion does the body need on purified liquids ready to go vs hard tissue like meats...

Unless you are favoring waste as the more ideal scenario to understanding how the body distributes digestive processing. Give liquids a fair shake! No pun intended

        Read your article.

"However… keep in mind that unless your diet is already lacking in protein, supplementing with whey protein is unlikely to have a huge effect on your results.

In a study of elderly individuals who were already eating adequate protein, there was no difference in muscle growth between whey and carbohydrate, during 12 weeks of resistance training (29).

Therefore, the evidence of whey protein on muscle and strength is mixed, and the results may vary greatly between individuals.

If you’re already eating plenty of meat, fish, eggs and dairy (also high in quality protein), then the benefits of adding whey will probably be minimal."

        Nothing special.

Yes. This is basic biology I learned as a freshmen back in high school.

For example, an out of shape individual who doesn't even train (such as yourself) isn't going to experience the same gains as an elite level boxer. And for the record, what you copied and pasted doesnt disprove the fact that whey protein has a faster absorption rate than meat.

More like two whole years after that, when Pac didn't score a KO in his next three fights. Safety First. Fans Last.

You haven't proven that whey is more performance enhancing than protein from chicken, which the whole argument was over you bellend.

You have completely lost the plot. Go back and read my previous posts, I never claimed whey protein to be more performance enhancing than chicken. That's a faulty argument you constructed in your own confused little mind.

My first post was me saying protein shakes were no more performance enhancing than eating chicken and you started arguing you silly ****.
