You can't say at 39 years old Marquez was better than he was at 36. You used pictures of Marquez's body at weigh ins but you can do the same with Floyd. Having a chiseled physique does not make you better.
Spoken like a true nuthugger. Floyd looked good against Berto because "styles make fights". You claim that Marquez hasn't done **** since knocking out Pacquiao, then you go and do a complete 180 by saying his fight with Bradley was "close"; backwards logic at its finest. Knocking out Pacquiao was his crowning achievement, the fact that he stuck around afterwards and had a competitive fight with Bradley speaks volumes about where he was both physically and mentally. That alone, makes your silly argument look like a complete joke.

Here's a question, where does that rank in the history of right hands?
Hearns vs Duran
Jack Johnson vs Stanley Ketchel
Robinson vs Graciano
Marciano vs Walcott
Marquez vs Pacquaio
I think it's up there.

You keep saying the same stuff over and over again as if you were a broken record. "Styles Make Fights." If you truly believed this you would have known Floyd beats Manny ten times out of ten.Last edited by Johnwoo8686; 12-11-2015, 08:28 PM.

Bradley was damn near concussed by Provodnikov and then went on to beat Marquez. Losing doesn't get you points just because you won a few rounds.. Marquez has been semi active since he KO'd Manny. He's had two fights since, one which he lost and the other which he was put on his ass.

The nuthugging is strong with this one. Losing a competitive fight to Bradley is by no means evidence of a decline, if anything, it proves that Marquez is still capable of competing with the top guys in his division. The only reason Rado managed to score a knockdown was due to Marquez getting overconfident from the beatdown he was giving. Apart from that minor mishap, he still completely dominated Rado and would have put him away in the 8th if it weren't for the bell.
Floyd beats Manny ten out of ten times? Did Floyd's crystal balls tell you that when you were rubbing them?

You really thought Pacquiao was going to beat the p4p best counter puncher in the world after getting iced by another counter puncher?
Oh yeah: STYLES MAKE FIGHTS DOE :LOL1:

Be honest, does Floyd pay you to nuthug? All jokes aside, Marquez talked about retirement but did he actually retire? No. He also plans on returning to the ring in 2016, so whatever point you were trying to make is irrelevant. And for the record, he was 39 years old when he KO'ed Pacquiao, but of course you would put 40 in order to make your silly argument seem credible.
Just when I thought the nuthugging couldn't get any worse, you go and refer to Floyd as the "p4p best counter puncher in the world". Smh. Floyd and Marquez have different approaches to counter punching. This is why Marquez was able to visibly hurt Pacquiao, knock him down, and ultimately put him away. Whereas, Floyd struggled to beat an injured Pacquiao and couldn't even put a dent in his armor.
Seems like you're finally starting to grasp the basic concept of "styles make fights", it's good to know that we're making some progress.

Yeah Marquez and Floyd have different approaches to counter punching but Floyd is clearly superior. Marquez dropped and KO'd Manny but lost all the other rounds in their 4th fight. He only won round 3 and then KO'd Manny after getting beat in round 6. Floyd won every round against Marquez and barely took a scratch. He won ten rounds on two of the judges scorecards, never got cut against Manny or Knocked down. So yes Floyd is the better counter puncher. Marquez went through hell to beat Manny, Floyd did not.
Lol he beat Marquez and Many easier than they could beat each other

Do you even read the nonsense that spews out of your mind? Roy Jones suffered brutal KO losses at the tail end of his career, Marquez did not. In fact, Marquez has never been KO'ed once, so your comparison is faulty. Furthermore, how does a guy lose a round that he KO'ed his opponent in? Lol. As for the absurd 10-2 scorecard, only nuthuggers such as yourself would take it seriously.
There was also a judge that scored the fight 7-5 for Pacquiao, but that doesn't help your silly argument now does it? Regardless, only an idiot would consider a judges scorecard to be unquestionably true. The fact is, it wasn't an easy win for Floyd, he was visibly hurt in the 4th and 6th round, despite Pacquiao entering the fight with a pre-existing injury.
Carry on with your nuthugging.
