Numbers are down across the board. Cotto vs Canelo was a fight with the 2 biggest stars in boxing yet it could crack a mil.

And then you're expected to pay these nobodies 5mil+ so they will actually face a threat.

Boxing used to be about fighting the top guys to get the top dollar, now hobo's can make millions fighting other hobos in their backyard.

It's on them for waiting so long to fight each other

Mentioned before that with Floyd out the door, Pac and cotto not to far behind, and now Wlad looking done that boxing was gonna go through a low spike/lul. Itll bounce back as it always does but right now there isnt interest. No fighters, other than Canelo, really catching casuals attention.

GGG, Canelo, and Kovalev will keep the sport going for a while.

Than Crawford and Broner are doing pretty good numbers as well.

As a global sport boxing is doing fine but that next American star is missing.
