I don't know if you are trolling or what, but it has been posted that Kovalev fight night weight ir around 185lb. Also, he's just as tall as Ward if not a little shorter.

He's a bit shorter than Hopkins:

No he is not lunatic he is 6ft and ward is 6ft 1 and they both rehydrate to 184 pretty much ...there's a thing could the internet where you can actually check boxers profiles and see for yourself.....ward was a light heavyweight in the Olympics and sweated down to make super middlweight....krusher and ward have no more than 2 or pounds natural weight difference...go read tale of the tape bro

And now he's saying he doesn't need to gain any weight to fight at 175lbs. Hmmmmm.

That my dear Scipio2009 is based on statements by your boyfriend Andre Ward. You can go ahead an make a laughable assumption that he walks around at 180lbs. I mean why else fight Paul Smith at a 172lbs catch-weight. SOG wouldn't want to risk cutting 8lbs of water-weight over an 8 week camp!

You don't know what he's cutting down from ok. As a SMW he only ever released his rehydration weight one time vs Dawson, he's sensitive about that subject. Maybe he doesn't want people knowing how much he's coming down from?
Just like Floyd being ready to fight 155lb-160lb welters while basically waling into the ring for his fight at 150, Andre Ward is confident enough in his skills that he's confident in being able to knock off these 200lb fighters who cut down to light heavyweight, even if he's only 180lbs.

Why you continue to believe that Andre Ward is some giant fighter, deceiving the public for whatever sly reason you want to put on him, is your own issue to deal with.

Ward was 173.5lbs with three weeks to go to the Paul Smith fight (~20 days to the fight, if I recall correctly). 30 days to his own fight, Golovkin was 168lbs.

20 days to the fight, I doubt that Golovkin was even at 165lbs.

              talk about "getting realistic", lol

.... Andre Ward's amateur career was spent largely at 165lbs; he only moved up to 178lbs (stepping on the scale at 172/173lbs for his fights) because America's #2 amateur boxer was Andre Dirrell, who just so happened to also campaign at 165.

Ward debuted at 160, before settling in at 168, like nearly every other top 165 amateur has done (or higher), sans Gennady Golovkin.

Where are you getting that Ward is 6-1? For his fights I've only seen him listed as 6-0.

Also, what does this have to do with his amateur career? You're responding with something that has nothing to do with what I posted.
