Why is Amir Khan ranked higher than Danny Garcia?

        Khan's best win at welterweight is Devon Alexander or Chris Algieri. How many other welterweights can even compare to that? He could arguably be #1 at welterweight with Floyd (and excluding Pacquiao) retired.

                    Chris Algeri had 0 wins at ww and was coming off of a loss..why even list that?
