Exactly. He's become a typical Haymon fighter -- drop big names, then fight cab drivers. I've always thought he'll eventually fight one of the Charlo brothers, who are stable/division mates. At least, the Charlo brothers are keeping a low profile. This Lara guy is acting like he can beat Kovalev.

It now appears Lara and Decubas have been just bull****ting people through the gullible media. They called out the winner of Quillin/Jacobs, Lee/Sanders, not to mention GG. We would expect by now that things are moving in the pursuance of those fights. We're hearing nothing.

It's been three months since Lara's Zaveck fight and we're still not hearing anything from his camp. This is the result of overpaying these guys for fighting cab drivers.

If Lara's team are serious about GGG then I don't see why they wouldn't campaign for Jacobs.

Absolutely no reason why this fight can't happen. It's an in-house fight. No HBO to deal with. Uncle Haymon will take care of everything.

Why in the world nothing is being done to make this fight happen? Jacobs is available. Lara is available. Their last fights were just about a week or so apart. Yet there's not a single attempt to make it happen. None. Why? What is Decubas and Lara's excuse? There are no network issues here.

Well the latest was Jacobs needed a tune up or easy fight in April or May after a tough 90 seconds against Quillen..lol these guys are a joke...when's the last time someone fought 2 tough fights in a row? It's always a tough fight then 3 bums in a row....waste of time

I don't mind these jokes taking on bums after a tough fight. I'm used to their routines. Let's face it. They're Haymon fighters. What I can't stomach is when they're dropping big names as if they could beat King kong or something, then go ahead and fight cab drivers. They're nobodies, yet like to inject themselves in the big boys game.

In this case Lara and Decubas claim that they want GG, yet they do nothing to make the fight happen. All they can do is tweet. Supposedly, when a Haymon fighter wants a certain fighter, all he needs to do is tell Haymon about it and let him take care of everything. But all these clowns can do is tweet. Meaning, they're not really serious.
