That averages out to only 1.16 punches less per round!

I have been on record forever claiming that Haye always did much better against Wladimir than he was generally given credit for. Some of the closer rounds can arguably be given to Haye also.

Haye definitely lost that fight, similarly to how Wladimir definitely lost to Fury.

Except both fights were far closer to EVEN than they were to beat downs.

I mean you cannot claim that guys landing only around 80 punches over a full 12 rounds on somebody "taking them to school".

David Haye and Tyson Fury both are 2 of the best opponents Wladimir ever faced that's the truth.

Fury, a 6 foot 9 so called fat slow clumsy oaf with **** defence was able to pull off the fast, slick Haye's gameplan in far better style.

If it's the Haye of 2012 and the injury hasn't hindered him, I think he'd beat Fury.

But with regards to Fury v Wlad, the issue is, he made himself look like he was winning and then made Wlad think twice about himself as a man. Haye never managed that.

Haye's reflexes in that fight proved to me he is the fastest boxer the worlds ever seen in regards to head movement, it was amazing.
