People always underestimate Frazier in fantasy matchups. He was an extremely awkward fighter to deal with. His bob weave made him extremely short and forced taller fighters to lean down to reach him, exposing their chin. His big left hooks came out of nowhere and were very difficult to time due to the 'off rhythm' way he threw them.

Fury is a good fighter. He had a perfect gameplan to fight Wlad, kind of a basic, less polished version of Muhammad Ali's game with the constant jabs, feints, lateral movement and clinching when it was needed. Frazier beat (and took to hell in fight 3) the actual Muhammad Ali.

Frazier also had one of the greatest trainers and tacticians of all time in his corner

Not to mention Frazier made you fight every second of every round, not sure Fury can work like that

A common sparring partner of Frazier, Norton and Foreman said no one hit him harder than Frazier did with a body shot and it was the only time he dropped. Video was on ESNEWS last week.
Fury looked untouchable against Wladimir. A never-before seen combination of speed, height and defensive skills.

Fury's size is a problem, but his body would be full of red welts after being pounded by Frazier. I wouldn't pick Joe over a prime Klitschko or Lewis, but he was just a better grade of fighter than Tyson Fury.

It hasn't occurred to you that Wladimir was just standing around doing nothing?

Fury's great defensive skills are just an illusion.

                  Fury vs. Prime Ali?

Could Ali cope with Tyson's amazing slick skillz? Don't forget, Tyson's tall.

I think you have to give credit to Tyson for coming in with the perfect gameplan, but that gameplan wasnt exactly revolutionary. Wlad just didnt have the knowledge or the skills to combat it.

Ali would win a hard fight. If Fury defeats Wilder, Povetkin and Joshua as easily as he defeated Wladimir, then I might change my mind.
