you're a f#cking 6.5' HW with a knockout punch in either hand. we shouldn't be giving you undue credit for just throwing punches. that's what you're supposed to do!

i'll be compeltely content if wladimir retires, and i never see him fight again. we've gotten use to embarrassing showings for the HW championship of the world, FFS. it is all wrong.

this sport needs to move forward. the clinchko era is done. let's hope fury's next fights are more entertaining.
The Klitschko-Povetkin fight was the ugliest fight I've seen live in my so far short years watching boxing. Incredibly ridiculous he was allowed to hold that much and initiate obvious clinches.

you deserved to lose, wladimir. you lost to a better fighter that night. nobody wants to see you again if you are going to go out there and paw with your jab to set up f#cking clinches.

just throw your right hand or retire. that's really what it's come down to for me.
your post makes a lot of sense and he shoulda had both guns blazing. but at near 40 your will can just die out in between rds. think nigel benn. without the klits around title will change hands like money at a toll booth . title lost every year

The MOST frustrating thing.
in the rematch he also beat Brewster near death and made him retire

He was getting by clinching to the title against mediocre opposition. He should take his loss like a man and ride off into the sunset.

It's natural. Having woken up as the heavyweight king of the world for 10 years, it's got to be strange.

Brewster was so shot for the rematch. Blind in one eye, Brewster took the rematch for retirement money because he could no longer get a license in America.

He shouldn't feel too bad, someone send him the footage of Holm vs Rousey. He will see what a real devastating upset looks like. You won't be seeing any gifs of Wlad getting pummeled or TKO, cause that's not what happened. The gifs are just of Fury doing Roy Jones and some Ali impersonations, and I don't mean punches, just dancing around

Wlad really should not feel too bad, it was a terrible fight where no one got even the slightest bit hurt. Maybe momentarily shook in one round and that's it, nothing gif worthy like the Ronda fight.
