    Exactly.

However, the other posts that address situation if Haye earns a mandatory are also relevant. In that case I think Fury looks bad if he vacates rather than fight Haye.

Highly unlikely that Haye will go through with the fights to earn that mandatory shot though. He will just try to talk himself into a payday, as has become his preferred mode.

Haye made himself a punchline in boxing with his little toe & fight pullouts & he doesn't deserve a title fight. If he fights some legit guys & beats them & moves up I fully expect Fury will fight him, regardless of what Fury is saying now & lets be real Fury just talks to move his mouth most of the time, but idk if Haye is capable of that. Best case for Haye is he's on the Fury map in 2017 if he uses his 2016 well, but something tells me he'll get some gig on a reality show or something like that that will placate his need for attention & his attention to boxing will go away.

Indeed. it will be hilarious if fury keeps hold of these titles and david haye is mandatory for one of his titles.. If he vacates the title then he will be a disgrace even for fury fans. cant defend this. wladimir never put a title down because he didnt want to fight someone.

Is Wilder a cash cow lol? Idk about all that, but I guess its arguable. As a HW he certainly has the potential to be a cash cow & for his accomplishments in the ring he's overpaid vs what non-HW's are getting with what they've achieved, but I think Haymon fully expects guys he works with will lose sooner or later.

And there are worse things to do then lose to the best guy in the game right now & its not like Deontay is a slave to Haymon. If Deontay gets offered the fight for $7M+ or w/e after making $4M (iirc) in his last 3 fights + the chance to be "the champion" thats a cherry ass offer & unturndownable imo. The big reason Haymon has gotten so many fighters on his roster is looking out for their best interest money-wise & if a $7M payday isn't in Wilder's best interest idk what would be.

Haye doesn't deserve even the conversation here.

How low has the Heavyweight division become when there is even talk of a title fight with a joke of a fighter as David Haye. He had his shot already and folded up like a scared child! Just listening to all this makes we long for the heavyweight division of even 20 years ago where a fighter like Haye wouldn't stand a chance with any fighter in the top ten .Unfortunately the heavyweight division is starting to be more like the WWE then anything else. No wonder the lighter weights dominate the pay per views.

For Haye to try to make out Fury is ducking him is bordering on ludicrous considering Fury was set to fight him twice and Haye pulled out twice... If Haye can become mandatory or beat wilder and then try for a unification fight then fair enough but why the hell should Fury fight this idiot whose spent the last 3 years inactive and got his big toe out when Wlad dominated him for 12 rounds. Haye needs to rebuild his reputation first, cba with him just taking a payday vs Fury and stinking the place out with his ambush style again for another 12 rounds.

I agree with everything he's saying and it's good to see. Haye's one of the biggest frauds in boxing.
