The punch accuracy rate of both fighters was terrible. Probably the lowest in recent times in a world title fight.
But it was against Wladimir Klitschko.

I mean, i've seen a strange trend today and yesterday with people saying: "oh well, Klitschko wasn't that good anyway"

Fury won easy. Against a guy who took on all comers for 10 years and hardly took a punch let alone a defeat.

So who cares about punch stats.

That's the point i'm trying to make. Fury looked so impressive, because he made Wladimir look so UNimpressive! Doing that to the champion!

That's really a big accomplishment actually.

You know Wlad is done. He looked slow as mud and like he had the reflexes of Delahoya against Pacquiao. Yes it was a good win for Fury. It always is at times like these but the win was more about what Wladimir could no longer do than what Fury did. It was obvious.

Anyhow, I like Fury when he's being sincere and it took big guts to get up there any try and sing right after going 12 rounds. Good day for the passing of the torch even though I certainly didn't expect it nor want that to happen to Wlad. He got old in between fights like happens to a lot of fighters getting into their late 30s. He will get his rematch and most likely lose and then on to the next heavyweight era. There's always the possibility of Vitali unretiring but I don't think it will happen.

I told you that Fury would win every round.

[QUOTE=denium;16280096]You seemed confident about Wladimir knocking Fury out yesterday, what happened? [/QUOTO I thought klitchko would beat fury easy.....I was proven wrong and I don't mind admitting it, but lasts nights performance by fury or klitchko is not something to brag about...terrible fight in everybody's opinion not just mine..let fury have his moment of glory he has earned it for sure, but it ain't gonna last for long you know a that and so do I....my brother in law went to see the fight and he said it was boring as hell and terrible to watch ....heavyweight boxing is at pantomime level now ...it will change when Joshua meets fury next year for a big Wembley fight on Sky PPV

News flash, he didn't win every round. I gave Wlad 4 rds and the point deduction. While Fury landed more, nothing hurt Wlad and the damage was mostly done by a head collosion. Taking nothing away from the rightful winner, Wladimir is pretty close to shot.

Fury gave Wladimir a boxing lesson, just as i confidently predicted. The fact you've conveniently decided to delete that ridiculous signature the day after the fight says it all.

It's hard being right all the time.

Wladimir looked the EXACT same as he always did.
