  • Boxing needed this guy to win. He's going to bring much needed entertainment to the heavyweights.

Now Tyson Fury looks like a spaz outpointing a 40 yr.old Wladimir Klitschko...... and these Brit bellends are jumping up and down like it was Buster Douglas vs. Mike Tyson.

      • Lee Purdy probably sparks Mayweather. Let's be honest.

I won't dismiss the possibility that age has finally caught up with Klitschko, but I don't think it's fair to give him a pass purely on age speculation.

Klitschko looked utterly confused in the ring today. His strategy clearly wasn't working from the early rounds but at no point did I see any meaningful effort on his part to make sensible adjustments. He just kept trying the same ineffective things over and over.

Situations like these allow the truly great fighters to prove their mettle. That Klitschko didn't deviate from his tried and true tactics, like clinching, even though they never worked to his advantage in this fight, suggests that as talented a fighter as he most certainly is, his skills have been greatly overrated.

The horizontal Brit is a thing of the past. Shame we couldn't have found someone for that little bellend who has just 'retired'.

            • wlad isn't shot, he just got exposed

im hearing a few say wlad is shot, this is not the case my dear friends.

wlad just hasnt fought anyone with the size, reach and awkwardness of fury. he looked nervous during the ring walk and was tentative all throughout the fight. fury mentally got to him just like ali got to liston.

tactically, fury put on a show. wlad rarely leads with right hands, he likes to throw the 1-2 so tyson stayed away from his jab therefore nullifying wlads right hand. he also kept his right hand up by his head to block any lead left hooks.

wlad doesnt have the bottle to throw it all on the line and go for a ko like other past great fighters have done. he is very cautious in nature and HATES unpredictability.

wlad not only got exposed as a human being but also as a boxer.

              • There's no stopping The Slick One.

Wilder would get his head Boxed off.

                • What are the odds Vitali comes out of retirement and fights Fury. If he hadnt been reelected recently I'd say its a good possibility.

Wlad loses the rematch, shouldn't bother. The king is dead, long live king Fury.

                    • Props to fury....he clearly won...but, what an awful fight and I blame Wladimir for that...he never ley his hand go...and Fury just made his work...look punch stats...that is really low...

Well at least we have a guy who can sell a fight...imagine Wilder vs Fury build up.
