Instead of calling out canelo, cotto, and ggg how about fighting guys that is more likely, like idk fu cking charlo, Andrade or jrock?
Fk I would be happy to see him beat the last guy who gave him a loss even. He SUKS against technical southies. Hence he won't ever fight Lara. You can take that to the BANK!

where is ward's balls when it comes to fighting kovalev he doesn't seem to eager to fight a guy who is his own size.ward is the biggest hypocrite in the world.

Lara ain't no Mandatory and there is no purse bid so why are we talking about Lara? Especially when besides Lara running his mouth which he loves to do we don't even know if haymon wants this fight at all. If Johnson gets the fight it will fulfill a mandatory defense that's the only reason he would get a fight. If Lara wants to go that route move to 160 beat some guys and force a mandatory shot. But you can't bypass all that because you say so and especially when you ain't on the same page with your adviser that won't let his fighters fight on HBO in the first place.
Have they said "We are not fighting on HBO"?

It's easy to use that cop-out to excuse why Team Golovkin don't want the fight.

The purse bid would probably be 3 million so beterbiev would get $250,000 more than he's already been offered. That might be a short term gain, but in the long run winning a belt in a conference room won't make him the top attraction actually beating kovalev would. Beating kovalev would be a huge deal.
Would you rather fight for more or less money?

Lara is clearly a better fighter than both Murray and Lemiuex.

          It's laughable.

And when you've got the likes of Abel Sanchez saying Willie Munroe is bigger and better fight, you can see where they get their delusion from.

Even WORSE... They thought Willie Monroe was better. GGG fans are like ggg they lie and believe it. When GGG fights scrubs I keep hearing it's a stay busy fight... FOR the whole damn year of course. Hence we never see him fight REAL opponents.

GGG is on record as saying he can do 154-168 for a big PPV fight. Is Canelo not a big PPV fight and by far the biggest fight available? Yet team GGG said last week they wouldn't even do it at 158, why?

Canelo has never said he was going to fight at 160, even before Golovkin became truly relevant.
I'd actually be fine with golovkin going down to 158,maybe even 157 if he gets paid enough. As for 154,the problem with that is that canelo isn't a 154 fighter, and hasn't been one since the mayweather fight 2 years ago. If canelo was a small fighter, and only rehydrated to the low 160s id understand him asking for 155. But the facts remain that canelo is the wbc/ring/lineal Middleweight champ, golovkin is his mandatory, and canleo actually rehydrates higher than golovkin. If they can figure out some sort of catchweigh agreement, good for them, but logic dictates that the fight should be at the full 160 weight limit.

Whats so great about beating Trout? He lost to Canelo. So why is Lara better than those guys again? Can Lara beat any midleweight?

If he chooses to fight at 155 within that division, then that's on him, but he fights in that division no matter what him and his demented delusional team, and fans, say.
Based on how healthy and big he looked at the weigh in for Cotto (155), making 154 won't be an issue when needed. As he hadn't fought for a belt since Mayweather, it hasn't been needed.

Canelo hasn't fought at MW (no, catchweights are not the same seeing as neither guy can weigh more than 155) and has expressed no desire in doing so. If he was willing to meet Golovkin in the middle then I really disagree with refusing to come down 2lbs when you have previously stated you'd fight at 154 for a big fight.

Big, meaningful fights trump irrelevant opponents at MW.
