Has Stevenson faced a top 5 contender at any weight class in the last 2 years? The answer is no. This has nothing to do with Oscar. That's the Ring rule and Stevenson's ducking finally catching up to him. Bad management/adviser is why he has turned down and run away from top competition. Ring didn't just make up some new rule just to screw Stevenson over. He screwed himself over. How can any unbiased person deny that ever since he signed with Haymon his level of opposition has fallen off a mountain. His best wins were prior to Haymon that's how he got the Ring title and he had big fights on the table that died the moment he signed with Haymon. And since he's been with Haymon it's one excuse or another why he can't fight any other top guys.

GYM is the one setting up voluntary defenses against Bika, Sukhotsky, and Karpency. Those are pretty pathetic fights for the champion.
They offered Pascal only 25% of the purse, they called for an immediate purse bid vs Kovalev before he could complete his IBF mando, and they dragged their feet on Hopkins to get him stripped of his IBF.
Hopefully Chilemba looks good and puts pressure on Stevenson to step up and take a tough fight again. He's 39 and his style won't last much longer.

One curious thing that he left off his list of circumstances for his fighters ducks is that the pimp tucked tail & ran to Haymon when the Kovalev fight was already made at HBO. No one other than PBC fanboys consider Adonis the LHW champion, premier or otherwise. He's a piece of **** that will get flushed down the toilet if he steps in the ring with the real LHW champ.

They rank Ward who's done absolutely NOTHING in four years and he's still in their pathetic little ratings.
