It's actually a waste of time for me trying to reason with the cancerous fanboys that infest this forum. It's rare to actually have a conversation with a fan of the sport on here and not someone who is pushing some insecure agenda, often based around race or some other petty reason like allegiance to promoters/networks. My argument is that I want to see both fights. That's not an "argument", it's just a wish as fan of the sport.

No, the wlaters/Loma fight was what fans wanted and HBO/Arum were going to oblige us. Then Walters missed weight. So the 1st plan was Vevetka-which as we discussed then I was ok with. Then Vevetka signed with Haymon-no fight.

This is when the BS started. You are now acting-why I have no idea-that this was a legitimate fight. while it may be to fans and you, even you can see Arum was never serious about this. He was a few months removed form letting him go and complaining that HBO wouldn't put him on. Now suddenly he wants him in with Loma-GTFO!!

HBO now suddenly goes from not wanting him on to willing to give him a shot with a guy the have invested in for the future, AFTER HE ALREADY RUINED THEIR DONAIRE INVESTMENT. Come on Dirk, you may be a jackass at times but you have never been that ******.

At this point we are right back to where we were. All the insults arguments, facts are all accounted for.

Loma has nothing at 126. Rigo has nothing at 122. Walters needs a quality opponent. Rigo can move up and fight @126, just not Loma because it gives Loma a way out from Walters. Loma, fight walters as planned. WIn and its on to bigger things. Lose, and then you can ice Rigo and get back a lot of the shine you lost.

Loma has a fan friendly style and should surely be able to get back any shine he lost if Walters beats him. As for Loma being a star, as GGG has shown you might not get there just KOing no hopers. If you take risks, fans will respect you win or lose.

I've always had the same stance you muppet. Gg begging to fly to England and fight froch at 168 but not ward, is not the same as Rigo wanting a cw for loma. If Rigo was ready to fight Walters at 126 but not loma. Then yea I'd feel the same way. I'm not against cw 100%. But when you wanna drain one guy but not the next then I'll say something. Loma robbed us of a great matchup first. Then rigo didn't give him a way out of dealing with the blowback for that move.

Why Loma brought up rigo instead of just fighting Walters @ a different weight is the question that needs to be answered first. Then we can discuss why Rigo didn't take what would be the best offer he could get.
