How you throw almost 150 more punches AND STILL get outlanded? lol Give it up your hero got his butt whooped and ran out the ring like h0e.
what am I giving up??? When have I clamored that Cotto won that fight & he got robbed?

He threw more jabs.... almost 100 more on their own... & the punches landed difference was 26... like I had said before so I don't see what you are arguing about here

so you would say that you would agree with the 119 scorecard that pretty much everyone else was laughing at? (including canelo fans)

I don't have a problem with that scorecard.

Every potential Cotto round could have been scored the other way.

        • Haven't rescored it yet but that's pretty much what I saw. Cotto piling up points throughout with Canelo landing the more damaging punches; but far fewer.

The 1st, 3rd, 6th, 7th rounds are close and in some of those cotto out landed canelo. It depends of your taste and how you score a fight. Imo cotto the least he won are 4 rounds and 4 other rounds are swing rounds that could go either way depending of what u like.
I gave Cotto rounds 4 and 6 the ones he won clearly

Dude was weighing in 160+ for Corley at JWW but isn't breaking 160 as a MW? Fck outta here with that non sense.
lest not forget canelo started training for this fight late July early august. not making it up it was in the 24/7 plus countless threads here.

LOL so emotional. I said they can fight at 160 in the fall next year. Let the man get acclimated to the weight for one fight. Quit being a crybaby b1tch.

Listen you quoted me first. You saying he only got out landed by 26 punches leaving out the fact that the threw almost 150 more shots then Canelo. When you throw that many more punches you almost ALWAYS land more then your opponent which speaks to just how completely ineffective Cotto was. Then you look at the power punch stats and he only landed 14% of those shots to 40% landed by Canelo. I posted the entire stats to show the big picture which is Cotto did NOTHING well and couldn't crack Canelo's defense and was scared to engage and open up because of Canelo's hard counter punches He won a max of 3 rounds. And those 3 rounds I gave him were still close. He had no decisive rounds. Just rounds where you felt bad for him and said well at least he did better then previous round. lol A judge having it 1 round for Cotto is closer to reality then people thinking Cotto won 8 rounds and should of won the fight.

And the only reason Cotto didn't get KO'd was because he was on his bike all night. The one round he tried to stand his ground he took a massive beating and he ran every round after that.
