They were constantly saying the ref is being very lenient for only warning him. He continued to do it so I see no room to complain.

Yep, almost every time they got in close, Murray was grabbing him around the waist.

Murray needed to keep the fight at long range and keep punching as AA doesn't punch with you.

I mean the blueprint was laid out years ago but Murray didn't have the ability to carry it out.

I just watched the action, and I saw Murray repeatedly hitting the target with jabs and sweeping rights to the body at long range, while AA just shambled around behind his high guard throwing nothing, and Murray consistantly getting the better of close quarter exchanges with bursts of what should have been scoring punches.
