The difference is that HBO, the media and the fans will allow GGG to feast on bums at 160 until he gets a big fight against Canelo.

Whereas they'd never allow Ward to do the same at 168 waiting for a Golovkin fight.

There's a simple solution for that: stop fighting like a boring **** and start fighting.

Dawson was clearly drained. Ward is doing the right thing this time by going up to 175lbs to challenge the champ. GGG/Canelo is going to be a great fight. The media never calls him out for his BS. GG called him out a decade ago. Ward calls GG's bluff only recently and when he knew he's already signed up to fight Lemieux. Ward did nothing in between except to blow smoke. And now he's using his face-saving offer made just recently to erase the dilly dallying BS he exhibited when the GG challenge was put in front of his face.

That's why I can't like this fake guy. I would have understood if he just admit he can't make 168 and below anymore, which he actually admitted in his past interviews.

Only reason why he's coming out now is because he knew he's being attacked for his dilly dallying behaviour. He had to make it appear that he's moving up with no hesitation.

I agree. Kovalev is better than GGG and I still never get why he doesn't get more recognition.

Destroying Pascal and an old Hopkins, even Cleverly. That is better than anything Golovkin has ever done. Idk if it's because he doesn't have the looks of GGG or what. He has plenty of charisma. He hits even harder.
