Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach is convinced that MMA superstar Ronda Rousey will require some extensive boxing lessons to recapture her UFC championship from Holly Holm.

Holm dominated and knocked out Rousey in two rounds last Saturday night in Melbourne at UFC 193. Holm kept the fight off the ground and used her boxing skills and movement to control the fight.

But on a serious note.... Ronda has to be in better shape. Holmes looked ridiculously solid. I don't watch MMA but damn I have seen that fight like 7 times already and enjoy it
