Are You Team Frampton Or Team Quigg?

Press conferences have been pretty entertaining and I have always been and still am team Frampton. It's taking place in Manchester where I live so I must grab a pair of tickets. Who's side are you on and who do you think will win? I think Frampton is much more skilled and that his last performance was just an off
night where he underestimated Gonzalez who used his height brilliantly. I fancy Frampton to win a comfortable UD and if he gets reckless he may get dropped once and he wont make the same mistake again.

P.S I never used to mind them but Eddie and Joe Gallagher are becoming a right pair of smug ****s.

El Chacal all the way. Don't mind Quigg though.

Always been Frampton. He's the better fighter and will win the fight.

Quigg is growing on me though. Surprised with how well he can actually take the piss out of himself.

Hearn and Gallagher aren't "becoming smug ****s". They always have been.

I'm with this. I was a Frampton fan when he was an amateur too. Great amateur back in the day. but he's added a lot of things to his pro game.

Quigg, first time I saw him I didn't think much of him. definitely not on the same level skillwise as Frampton, still isn't. But he has improved a lot under Gallagher, who is a very underrated trainer.

And his dedication is second to none. He's by far the hardest working fighter of any fighter in Britain. By far.

I have this weird feeling Quigg might take it. I never thought that before, but that feeling is growing on me.

          I'm going for Quigg.

He's a local lad, lives and breathes boxing, i often see him running near me. He's never out the gym, not as naturally talented as Frampton but is bigger & hits harder.

Quigg has already said that he's going to cancel Christmas and train, Frampton has said that he's going to be spending Christmas with his family which is understandable, but i think it will give Quigg an advantage, and Quigg is definitely the fitter man anyway.

Frampton likes partying & drinking when he's not got a fight scheduled, and i think it might eventually catch up with him. He has problems making weight i believe.

          I think it's a 50/50 fight, maybe 60/40 to Frampton.

          I can't wait, I'm attending it.

I was with you until there. He just got Trainer of the Year. Gallagher is massively overrated and a ****.

He thinks he's the British Freddie Roach but has he actually trained anyone to a legitimate world title?

I want Frampton to win and most likely he will. This fight seems more 50/50 to me since Quigg is the bigger man and likes to pressure. I think I may be putting too much weight on Frampton getting dropped twice in his last fight.

I will never be able to get over Quigg holding up a check on Skysports looking like an absolute bellend. No I can never get past that.

Frampton puts on a masterclass against Quigg. KO8-12

Yeah but people like you still say he's overrrated which is why he's still underrated.

He just took Liam Smith to a WBO title I think, right? Quigg is WBA super duper champion I guess. Steven Smith is close to a world title. He took Macklin to world title shots.

Doesn't take away from what he's done for Quigg, the smith brothers, Crolla should have won a title too in his last fight.

That's 2 or 3 world champions in the space of a short time. Some of which he's taken from the bottom to the top.
