You could literally drop $10 mil on a conventional ad campaign or you can just say "im black, they racist!" and be on the front page of half the internet. Business is business.
In most other countries people would just kind of look at you embarrassed and ignore it so it isn't a source of income therefore isn't a thing.
Black Americans definitely have it easier than any other ethnic/national combo on planet Earth. Best of both worlds. Spoiled American living + a fake "oppressed from the streets" routine despite being among the 3 or 4 wealthiest per capita human demographics in the known universe. Just roll out of bed and get handed things by dad (other people=dad).Last edited by ////; 11-16-2015, 05:21 PM.Comment

You do realize that marketing guys don't care about skin color.. Just who is gonna reach the biggest audience and who will represent the company well.
.
The biggest endorsements in history are for black guys..
Micheal Jordan
Shaq
Kobe
Lebron
Tiger woods
Tyson pre-robin givens and prison
Manny was asian and got a bunch of deals
I don't see how marketing and endorsement deals are based on skin color..Comment

Roy Jones Jr being straight up on why he went to Russia, he just gets more opportunities there. He broke it down, 1, 2, 3, he gave reason, he was logical. Roy Jones just as good at expressing himself as he was a fighter in his prime. It's difficult to say what Roy Jones said and not come off as negative but even anti-black people can't even hate what Roy said, it was very logical and he broke it down in a very civilized manner.Comment

Well I think that works towards his argument. Where was Sony, Nike, Gatorade when Roy Jones Jr was on top 2003-Prior. He was FOTD, but didn't get anything other Jordan endorsement deals, a "black", "urban" company. Prime Roy Jones was KO'ing guys in brutal fashion and fighting top 10 contenders every time out. Sony or no big brands were calling his manager to endorse him though.Comment

AHHH it never fails when the topic of race comes up. Look at all the non-black people telling black people how black people live, are treated and how we should feel about being black. Its amazing!!! Please tell us more!!!
I wouldn't expect anything less though, topics like race, religion,\and politics normally bring out the worst in people. Hardly anyone enters those conversations with an objective, open mind.Comment
