Briggs should get himself a job at that place Axl Rose worked in LA smoking cigarettes to test their quality, it's about the only job I think is suitable for his talents.

Shannon Briggs deserves no title shot as Briggs isn't worth mentioning for anything but a prelim type of fight for no money. screw Briggs who was almost killed by Vitali is a horrible beatdown sending Briggs to intensive care for 2 weeks. Briggs needs mental help.

Briggs should have made his move a few years ago when he was slightly younger and fresher. He works out really hard but but age is definitely starting to show with him - he looks slower and stiffer than he did not too long ago. Briggs could have beat someone like Lucas Browne or Manuel Charr to make a case for himself.

Fast forward two years later and the division has a huge influx of talent and Klitschko, all of a sudden, has a lot of good competition to select from. Briggs doesn't look like a meaningful fight (less so than a year or two ago) and it doesn't make sense financially. You got Wilder, Joshua, Povetkin rematch, maybe Ortiz, maybe the winner of Helenius-Teber...
