    265, 205, 185, 170, 155, 145, 135 & 125. Sorry Ricardo Lopez & future Ricardo Lopez's if I was President of Boxing.
    I like 112, 118 and 126. 122, 115, 108 and 105 are ridiculous. Sorry Chocolatito. Ha.

The junior & super weight divisions can be used for non-titled 10 round fights.
Get back to TWO Federations and the two champions from each federation must fight each other every three years. The loosing champions federation runs a box off to claim their new champion. This is a way that gets champions in the ring with the best and the contenders get a real opportunity to advance or decline in the rankings.

i think 12 classes distributed between ~110 lbs and ~220 lbs would be the sweet spot for me

17 is certainly excessive and i'm sure it's only this way in order for sanctioning bodies to profit from having more champions

Keep 105 (for guys under that limit, 112, 118, 126, 135, 147, 160, 175, 200, 200+ would be the limits. 10 divisions. 1 champion, or even two. Combine wba wbo, and wbc and ibf. have two champs fight each other after two mandatories. Would be awesome. However you have contenders who will fight no ones for years to maintain spots.

That's a good idea. Having two champions that are obligated to fight every so often. If this were true in today's boxing, say every two or three years, there had to be a tournament of current four champions, it would make the ratings a lot easier to stomach.

Being a contender will have some weight behind it. Easier to be a champ now a days with the bunch of belts per sanctioning bodies.

We'd have Viktor Postol, Tim Bradley, Terence Crawford, Ruslan Provodnikov, Lucas Matthysse, Adrien Broner, Jesse Vargas, Kell Brook, Manny Pacquiao, Amir Khan, Keith Thurman, Shawn Porter, Diego Chaves and Danny Garcia all competing for the same world title. How many awesome match-ups would that produce?
id rather bring back fight day weigh ins.

this 24 hr rehydration crap is an abomination.

Yes it is. Very unhealthy and gives decided edges to fighters. It's garbage. I hope they come back someday.
