With that new nose Krusher gave him, Jean Pascal looks like Anthony Dirrell.

As for Ward, people say that he won't survive those shots that Pascal took and they may be right but there's no way that Ward is getting hit that much EVER... His conditioning is also at the highest level, when you're dealing with a defensive genius like Ward, it's one thing to hurt him, another to drop him and a whole other thing to keep him down and out or force the ref to stop the fight. It's a true 50-50 fight but I'm on the Ward side of that 50.
The only reason I give Kovalev the edge is Ward is moving up to his weight class. If this was at SMW it would close the gap in my mind. It remains to be seen if Ward can take the shots that Kovalev is surely going to land, not with the frequency he does on everyone else but he will land. I dont think Kovalev will knock him out but right now today, I think Ward wins some of the early rounds but I think they will be close and Kovalev will close in the later 2/3 or 1/2 of the fight in brutal fashion. They both will be facing the best they have ever been in the ring with. Its like football though, we all talk about what is suppose to happen but sometimes, sometimes something happens that is truly special. Im a boxing fan first, I like Kovalev and enjoy watching his fights but I can appreciate a master tactician plying is craft. Win or lose neither guy loses standing with me.

He is not, he is a very skilled boxer with some balance issues who has devastating power.

I can't wait for it though, it's the kind of match up that you have to take an anxiety poop or piss before the fight because you're that pumped and anxious to see.

Is there way to make Kovalev's clucking sound as my ringtone? #boxing https://t.co/PCn94cdhQW
