Ward will need a referee who loves MMA/Wrestling that and he will need Kovalev to be weak in the clinch which he showed to Pascal today he isn't, this essentially is the only way he could have beat GGG on size and cheating foul play... bbbut but but but Ward P4P 1 doe lmaoooooo
Do you really believe Ward is going to fight Kovalev? I have doubts.

I think his fans are talking about how Ward would school Kovalev, cuz they know Ward would fake injury or sue RN to avoid Kovalev. Its similar to Lara-GGG situation, Lara is also supposed to school GGG, haha

Alright, never done this before but I'm confident in Ward.

I'll put it in my sig.

I didn't see it as scared. Max looked more disgusted with him, like looking down on him for saying he wanted to prolong the punishment.

              • Freddie was prophetic when he told Pascal not to embarrass him by loading up and trying to get lucky with wild shots.

Pascal threw no jabs. Wasn't busy. Didn't box. Layed on the ropes like he was told not to do.

Pascal fought a lazier, dumber version of the same game plan he brought into the first fight.

Either Freddie brought nothing to the table, or Pascal didn't listen to a word he said.

On the other hand Kovalev has never been in the ring with someone like Ward. I think its going to come down to who can get respect in the ring. I'll be watching with interest Wards next few fights but at this point I'll take Kovalev by brutal beating. Ward will be able to do some things early but eventually Kovalevs power will begin to take its toll. He is a different breed and if Ward can shut him down I'll be as impressed as I've ever been by a fighter. I'm looking forward to watching it.

By the way, Kovalev will put Stevenson down like a rabid dog if it ever happens but it won't.
Kovalev vs Stevenson was the fight to be made in early 2014, I've been watching Stevenson.... he's deteriorated a bit during the following years. Right now I'd take Kovalev over Adonis comfortably.

As for Ward, people say that he won't survive those shots that Pascal took and they may be right but there's no way that Ward is getting hit that much EVER... His conditioning is also at the highest level, when you're dealing with a defensive genius like Ward, it's one thing to hurt him, another to drop him and a whole other thing to keep him down and out or force the ref to stop the fight. It's a true 50-50 fight but I'm on the Ward side of that 50.

I think most plans probably go out of the window when Kovalev is throwing shots at you.

This... I think all lessons learned with Roach went down the drain as soon as he went in save-my-life-defensive mode ...
