Wouldn't surprise me If Cotto was on the juice but then again KOing a one knee cripple in Martinez isn't that impressive it'd have count for nothing If any other fighter did it but Puerto Rican fight fans can be as biased as they want.
Stopping a weight drained Geale after GGG basically destroyed him, yeah I don't buy it...
Atleast you could argue Geale likely would have put on a better display if he was at his full weight but even at that its not like an above average puncher stops Geale so comfortably.

This site (boxingscene) posted an article in August. They deleted it but you can still see it as the first result if you Google "Canelo Cotto usada random". The article was live as of 2 weeks ago. I know because I've been interestedt o see if they follow thorough or if it was just talk.

I can probably imagine the idea was brought up recently and was not a part of the fight negotiations months ago. Same with GGG and Lemieux trying to bring in VADA 3 weeks before the fight. I mean come on, these things get ironed out before the contracts are signed, not weeks out from the fight.
