Ward would have been booed out of the building by the fans who paid to see Cotto/Canelo. This was a terrible idea to begin with.
And anyone who thinks this will negatively effect the PPV buys is absolutely delusional.

Originally posted by ChestRockwell View PostSounds like your typical Ward fan. Don't forget when he said "if he beats Kovalev, then what?" As if they should just add the win to his record without doing anything. I've said before, I'll say it again. Ward is the biggest primadonna in boxing.

Typical Andre Ward BS power play that boxing has always ignored. Uncle Tom Ward has ruined his career via greed and no fan base and nothing at all to offer any promoter due to dull fights and a prima donna uncle Tom Attitude. Ward has no career.

All talking **** aside, I don't wish this on him
I don't wish injury on anyone, but I felt that something may not be right about him. I said a long time ago I didn't think Ward was physically the same as before
Ward seemed desperate to get money fights, but without fighting someone his own size or decent. This may be why. That's ****ty. Athletes give it there all, and they have this happen.
I love to clown, but I truly don't wish bad on anyone.
Now I'm wondering if his body just can't hold up. If he knew before hand about this, it goes a long way towards explaining the crappy opponents.
I don't wanna be too harsh, no one deserves to have their career ended by injury.Last edited by Progrssive_Jedi; 11-04-2015, 09:32 PM.
