    Top it or STFU.

    Sincerely,
Carl Froch MBE, and international sports super-star "
Fixed that post for you, lol.

And I'm glad to see you are capable of being honest with numbers - when it suits you.

Why does that matter? After his last fight GGG said he's a boxer not a businessman. That sounds like a businessman excuse.

Dirk is correct here. The average football loving casual in the UK has no idea who Golovkin is. Froch isn't going to get out of bed to face one of the most dangerous men in boxing for peanuts. Ain't gonna happen.

His ratings on free TV Channel 5 against a Brit, Murray, were horrendous. Was like the 38th most watched thing on Channel 5 that week.

              Channel 5 ffs

Therefore I believe he will eventually fight Canelo/Cotto below 160. Once the winner of Cotto / Canelo call his bluff he will bend over and take it like a good boy in negotiations for the money.
Exactly! Follow the money, hence why team GGG will go down to 154 for Floyd or up to 168 for Froch/ Chavez Jr and why they forced the WBC mandatory (Cotto). Which is fine, fighters should maximize the earning potential but they shouldn't pretend like they'll fight anyone, or b*tch about being ducked when they won't give guys like Lara or Ward the time of day, or mention they are in it for legacy, it's always about money.

Wasn't much talk or interest from people I perceive as casuals on my Facebook page. . . Mainly to do with the fact it's on boxnation. That really is the way to address casuals from boxing fans in the UK.

If GGG did fight Froch, I'm sure it would either have to be on sky box office, with a **** ton of promotion, or on fight night live sky sports 1 to drum up proper UK interest. (the second option I know isn't happening)
