PS...This isn't a good site to have an intelligent, technical boxing discussion about Floyd Mayweather. His name just attracts too many bitter trolls. You can see how the thread plays out but expect a lot of flaming and immaturity.
You're right about that. You're the only person in the entire thread who didn't troll. I bet if I posted tricks GGG likes to do, it would get less trolls

That's the nature of the beast. When you post positive things about GGG, you get tons of Green K and props for keeping it real and being unbiased. When you post positive things about Floyd (or even just attempt to have an analytical discussion about his skills and the tricks up his sleeves), you get criticized on some immature ass "naaaa naaaa I can't hear you!!!!!!!!!" type of ****.

But back on topic, one thing that always stood out to me is he will lean forward to bait you into throwing the jab to set up his pull counter:

And in this instance, Canelo doesn't fall for the trap. So Floyd instead uses his own jab to bait Canelo into throwing the right hand which he counters with his own left.

A great counter puncher makes you throw the punch that he wants you to throw.

They will be studying Floyd's style for decades to come. He's a goldmine of technical boxing wizardry.

One trick of his I like is how he used the jab to the body to set up either an overhand right or a left hook. He'd get guys so confused with it that they wouldn't know which direction the punches were coming from.

This is a move Floyd just start previously doing that when he attempted it ...it worked. Maybe this is a move Floyd Mayweather practiced or just came up with on the fly, but ot still works. The first time I seen Floyd attempt this was against Maidana in the second fight. It was later in the match when Floyd Sr kept telling Floyd Jr to dig deep or just straight out attack his body. Floyd Mayweather used this to great success for a brief period.
Here's your shovel hook to the body. He threw way more combinations back in his younger days.

                      Has good eyes.

He's always watching his opponent and has a sixth sense when it comes to what type of shot is coming at him. Not really a "trick" more of a skill.
