I think Kovalev scores another easy KO. If Ward ever actually fights him I'll bet as much money on Kovalev as I can afford to lose. Kovalev's great jab will nullify Ward's boxing skills and his power will be too much for Ward who has been hurt by much less power than Kovalev has. Kovalev easily won every round from Hopkins. Ward might beat Hopkins but not in the dominate fashion that Kovalev did. If he can do that to Hopkins he can KO Ward who doesn't have Hopkins's chin. I think Kovalev didn't really try to KO Hopkins out of respect. He would go all out to KO Ward.

Uh, he goes on with his career like any other fighter who loses. Almost every fighter loses, doesn't mean they were just hype. That is an insult to Ward's win if he were to win.

Rather slow pace, with the offensive fighter starting to become tentative after a couple of rounds, then more and more frustrated as he can't "find" his opponent.
