Easily. Khan would get smoked on the inside too.

Floyd obviously saw something in Khan that he didnt like. Why else would you choose to make less money against a less marketable fighter?
Floyd has a long reach for a WW, idiot.

If he fought Khan, people would just say he fought a guy who couldn't beat Algieri clearly.

Not scared, just easier fights for him.
Khan ran his mouth and that is more the reason (if I had to guess). Also Khan hasn't exactly fought anyone that good in a while. So that being said, why would Floyd risk losing to him, if he didn't stand to gain anymore money/ belts or credit for beating a guy who got stopped by Bredis Prescott in under a minute.
If Khan would have fought better opponent the last 2-3 years and won, then I would think Floyd was "scared". Even if he was scared, Mike Tyson admitted he was scared, nothing wrong with being scared, it is how they handle being scared that matters.

Khan can't match Floyd in ring IQ. It'd be like Stephen Hawking against pre-surgery Charlie Gordon.

Khan won his last 5 fights in a row and completely dominated Devon Alexander. His loss to Prescott came 8yrs ago! LOL. Talk about reaching.

What did Berto do that was more impressive besides lose 2 of his last 5 fights prior to facing Floyd.

What makes people think Khan can outbox Floyd?

Of course Mayweather isn't scared of Khan. He just fought Manny Pacquaio 5 months ago why would he be scared of Khan?

He fought Berto because he wanted an easy showcase fight for his final fight and last hurrah.

                      No more no less.
