You can't laugh at ward he laughs at you. He won the super 8 easy cleaned out a whole division. Was out of boxing 2 years trying to shed rust wanted ggg but now will be fighting a bigger stronger ggg Kovalev what part is funny? He was the number 2 pfp to mayweather for years. May can fight Berto but ward needing work can't fight tuneups before a killer Kovalev haters

Even Ward said for the right price boxers do things. They wanted a CW, said it before the fight at the press conference.

I don't believe GGG is as small as you would like us to believe.
You just proved my point. GGG was 172.
Canelo came in at 174 against Angulo.
GGG is 5'10 172 at max
Canelo is 5'9. 174 at max
Ward is 6' 185-190

And of course I was referring to the Kovalev fight. It's great to see two real fighters wanting to get in the ring with each other to prove who the best in the world is whilst that con artist stays at 160 and continues to dupe morons like you.

Dawson called out Ward after dominating B-Hop, and plainly said that he could get down to 168 with no problems. Post whatever you like, but that's what happened, and no amount of spin doctoring will change that.
Froch fought Bute AFTER the S6 final...when Bute was still undefeated, still had the IBF belt and was still #2 at SMW.
We know what Froch did to Bute in hindsight. Froch fought Bute because Ward didn't want to fight Bute.
Ward turned into a promoter/manager in the S6 final post fight interview and talked his way out of completely cleaning out his division.
Watch Ward's team go ape **** in that press conference video when Dawson and Shaw start talking about who's idea the catchweight really was lol.
So to recap:
Ward didn't want any part of completely cleaning out his division, he chose to fight the LHW champ...at SMW lol
Any normal person would look at that and be able to figure out all they need to know about Andre Ward.Last edited by i'm a fun haver; 10-28-2015, 05:56 AM.

I didn't bother because this is well known information. Even Ring Magazines Dougies Monday Mailbag mentions it this week.

KELLERMAN: You are now once again the light heavyweight champion of the world. You've gotten rid of all the old fighters in the division but there's some new interesting young fighters here. Any interest you in particular?
DAWSON: I mean I would love a fight with Andre Ward. I mean I think that would make for a great fight.
KELLERMAN: Super middleweight champion.
DAWSON: Super middleweight champion. I could make 168 or we could do it at 175 —a catch weight— it don't matter to me. I wanna make my statement known. I want everybody to know who I am. I wanna go after the big dogs.
On the catchweight:
Dawson, who will be coming down from 175 lbs to fight Ward at 168 lbs, says he has no problem with making weight for the fight, but he just wanted to see if a catchweight was possible. It wasn’t.
Dawson said “We wanted to do a catchweight at 170, but they threw it out the window. They said ‘no.’ We can’t make the fight unless it’s 168 pounds. The weight don’t bother me; the fight in Ward’s backyard don’t bother me.”
Spin it as much as you like. Dawson said throughout the buildup to the fight that 168 wasn't an issue, and agreed to fight Ward there. He wanted a catchweight, Ward declined, and he chose to take the fight at 168. If he didn't want to fight at 168, he shouldn't have made it an option, period. No one would have blamed him for not dropping a full weight division to fight #2 P4P Ward at his weight.

On a side note......
Boooooo why not agnew?
So the nsac approved this fight, but not the other? I was thinking they would approve the agnew one only.
