Haymon is a deadbeat with too much money. "Sells" his "free boxing" to the public, but he's bad for fighters, and bad for the Sport as a whole. A real POS.

That's the problem. Most these guys aren't smart enough to think on their feet, so they sign with Pimp Haymon, as he sells his relationship with Floyd to everyone, dazzling them with "potentially $$$$$", then they are stuck, get no fights or slow fights, rarely against the best of the best, and Al goes to the bank each time, throwing these fighters a bone. He treats them like **********s, telling them what street corner to stand on for the safest trick & an easy payday. He wouldn't even share an update on Colon's coma situation last weekend with media. He doesn't care except to get paid and on yo the next trick. Bad for Boxing, bad for these fighters.

I doubt either fighter is ducking one another. If this fight isnt happening then its because Haymon doesnt want it to happen. Not yet at the least.

Only excuse would be if Thurman is lining up an even better fight like Brook or Khan.
Per his contract with Haymon, he's not allowed to badmouth Haymon in any way shape or form.

If Haymon is the one blocking it why did he waste time on discussions over the past few weeks(/months)?

                    HBO Boxing

All I know is HBO is putting there stars out there constantly whether it's GGG, Kovalev, Crawford, Canelo. They all have Big Time fights that will be set up for them soon. HBO has constantly done over a million views this entire year other than the Verdejo and Walters card.
                    Canelo vs Cotto
                    Kovalev vs Ward
GGG vs (hopefully the winner of Canelo and Cotto) won't hold my breath but I think if Canelo wins Golden Boy will convince him to fight GGG
                    Crawford vs Pac or Postal
These are all fights that we the fans look forward.
We don't know when or if Garcia, Khan, Thurman, or Porter will EVER fight each other because everytime rumors gets started they fall apart.
And for supposedly having the best advisor or Manager they sure are getting blasted by fans for not stepping up and fighting guys who are at there talent level.
Guerrero, Collazo aren't good Welters both should fight at 140 who fought Thurman
Same for Broner who fought Porter
Peterson you can say the same and then Swift fights a way over the hill Paulie.
HBO has had a HUGE bounce back year and they will NEVER LEAVE boxing especially if they continue showcasing there stars and putting on good fights not mismatches.

So you hate the PBC rumors about big fights but then go on to compliment HBO for....rumored fights. Ok
