Both of these guys should be willing to budge. I can't think of any other winnable title shot Mosley could get, and I can't think of any other big name as shot as Mosley that Smith could fight. A match made in heaven so I'm sure they can make it happen.

I don't know why they'd want a rematch clause in this fight. Sure Smith will beat him and even if he does find a way to lose, nothing he loses in the first fight can be regained by winning a rematch, even if it is controversial.
