No , but he claims its all about getting that 160 strap when really it's about fighting those little guys and further padding his already inflated record with more hot air . We r already hearing narrative coming out of gggs camp suggesting that they want that fight more than that belt . If the winner of Cotto/Canelo vacate , u watch the whole phony GGG camp get real salty .

No your missing the point , like I told u before , there is no such thing as a ppv star . There is only 1) true ppv star bouts like GGG vs Ward

And 2) those marketed as such , which is sniffed out most of the times by a prudent boxing fan base i.e. Lemeiux vs GGG

Lol you watch much boxing? There's such a thing as a ppv star: that was Oscar, the Floyd, Pac, now Canelo, Cotto to a smaller extent. GGG vs Ward is a big Ppv fight whenever GGG becomes a big Ppv star. Viewers won't even tune in to basic cable for Ward

Even with those guys , their numbers were good when fighting good opponents , but when theses so called ppv stars fought Cans their ppv numbers dropped to record lows . I've already given u examples of this earlier . Yes , some generally have higher ppv #'s than others like Floyd Manny and Floyd , but even they can't fight obvious cans on ppv without their numbers suffering.

Right, they tend to do better against other Ppv stars, and less so vs unpopular fighters with clinch as a primary tactic.

Lol , he hasn't fought that way since the super 6 , get over it and find another excuse why u hate him so much , before I start figuring out that it may be his skin tone . Next you'll tell me (like the rest of the race based trollers) that it's his smug arrogance that grinds your gears .

Golovkin actually tried to fight Ward a couple years back, Ward tossed out the Bute excuse about Golovkin needs to prove himself, build his fanbase type of talk. We've seen nothing from Ward over the past couple years to indicate he's serious about anything. Paul Smith, Rohan and no whatever else guy he's trying to fight at 175. Doesn't seem he's ready for anything major for a while.
Rumor has it that Kovalev and Ward just did.

Second, yeah of course Ggg is the best at MW but the ratings say otherwise. There's a "I'm not a MW" above him. Let's get that straightened out. The fraud lineal champ needs to turn over that belt to its rightful owner, vacate or get beat down.
I suppose I can understand you listening to silly comments/opinions.....

..... but I will never understand why you repeat them.

How is he going to do that by avoiding guys like Cotto/Canelo ?
