I have gone from wanting Canelo to win (and being a big fan of his in general) to wanting The Cotto to win. Canelo is a middleweight, he is just scared of GGG. Damn Glolovkin must have put a real beating on him in that sparring session.

I like your style. Kinda sarcastic, but keeping it real. Let the best fight the best.

Canelo is a ginger-haired version of JCC Jr.

Lol I'm surprised to hear all this talk, I think Canelo knows he beats Cotto... but Canelo is a big man in weight he isn't small he can no longer make 154lbs comfortably apparently but he wants to add 1+ lbs per fight he has?
This **** in boxing needs to go away, he shouldn't be regarded as a Jr MW, If you go above the Jr MW weight you're not a Jr MW simple as that, its fine to have a catchweight once in a blue moon to make a fight happen that fans want to see from one division to another but making it apart of your entire career?

Aggreed why fight for a belt you're scared to defend

While I dislike Canelo, the sparring session was ages ago and Canelo was just a baby back then - don't think it has anything to do with it.

IMO it's just negotiating tactic by both parties.. although Canelo is definitely using the CWs to his advantage. He's the superstar and doesn't think the backlash can seriously hurt him. I'd guess he's correct - at least in the short term.

                      Isn't this insane ?

And the only reason why those fights were even suggested is because in-house Bob has his mid-level 140/147 guys on a continual rinse/wash/repeat cycle, and he has almost run out of options.

So now he has decided to " borrow " a GBP star to enable his underwhelming rinse/wash/repeat cycle to continue.

Hoya is a fcukwit, Arum has been walking all over him for years.

How will those fights help GBP ?
