    Doubt it.

Pacquaio is the favourite but Crawford has tools that could trouble Pac, unlike Bradley.

Pacquaio is at his best at 140, he only went to 147 for big fights.
So why hasn't he fought there since 2009?

Pac-Craw is one of the best fights to be made out there. Doesn't mean it will happen tho.

he can cut 10 lbs easy. anyone can.

it's just whether he wants to cut weight. which is not fun and something he hasn't done since 2008.
I'm not sure how it is for him nowadays, but I'm sure we all remember the famous claim of ridiculous amounts of food Pacquiao would supposedly consume to make weight. Although the amount may not have been accurate I do remember Ariza(hell, I think I've heard it from Fortune also) say Pacquiao needs to be made to overeat because he burns too many calories in his workouts and gets too small. Roach is also always saying he should move to 140, seems most in his camp think he should be at 140. But we'll see, I'd be surprised if he couldn't make it easy.

147 was pretty stale during 2011-2013 why did he stay there then?

Why did he fight Marquez at Welter? Marquez said he'd prefer 140.

Because of Mayweather perhaps. Yo-yo'ing isn't good.

He was weighing over 140 when he fought at 130 the same day of the fight and he is older now.

If he could have made 140 he would have went back long ago, well
Why when most of the big fights were at 47?

He moved back down to fight Hatton in 2009, since then he should have moved back down because he fought Rios, JMM, Algeri, and Bradley who did little to nothing at 147 and were not top ten when he faced them, Bradley wasn't ranked the first fight at welterweight nor was JMM until he knocked out Manny(fight could've been at 140 instead if he was so small and they fought in the same weight class the time of fight 1 and 2)
