Why do i see posters complaining about Manny fighting Crawford at 140?

I've mostly read how dangerous it would be for Manny to fight Crawford and that it's a risky but competitive, most likely.

Why would anyone have a problem with Pac fighting at Junior Welterweight when he has often weighed in under the 147 limit on fight night for his Welterweight fights?
If he can make 140 there's nothing to cry about here.

Manny was weighing around 145 pounds on fight night since at least 2007. He was up to 151 for Mayweather I believe, I think that's the highest he's been on fight night but not the only time.

Yep, manny is probably at his best at 140, he just happened to be good enough to handle 147.

Quite frankly, going back down to 140 could rejuvenate him.

If he feels strong at 140 then y not, but he hasn't made that weight in years and is older. Don't think they would want to do that. The fight would be at whatever weight pac wants, prob 144 or so

My feeling is at 140 Pacquiao absolutely destroys TC. At 147, it will be a decision win for Manny.

Now knowing Manny's team, they will demand TC fight at a catchweight of 144 like the Algieri fight so that TC does not rehydrate too much too big for Pac.
